Job Description
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Business Analyst
- Able to effectively engage with multiple stakeholder groups and build trusted relationships
- Work closely with business areas and Business Analysts on the opportunities, guiding and positively challenging preconceptions and driving collaboration across teams to optimise opportunities within their domain
- Support Project Leads and teams to prioritise and make decisions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Community helping lead the adoption of agile principles practices and cultural changes to improve how Thames Water delivers change across the organisation
- Act as the escalation point for Business Analysts in projects and other project stakeholders for all Business Analysis activities and deliverables, facilitating discussions to agree a common understanding for resolution and remedial action planning.

What you should bring to the role
- Portfolio management
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others
- Experience working in a Digital Business Analysis project environment
- Ability to present information clearly and succinctly at varying levels of the organisation with emphasis on simplifying complex business and technical concepts
- Adept at managing stakeholder expectations and clearly communicating scope and priority whilst maintaining a customer centric delivery experience
- Expertise in the practice of Business Analysis, Flexible approach to working with and shaping a range of different delivery methodologies across the Agile and Waterfall spectrum.
- Competitive salary from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
