Credit Controller- hybrid

Sheridan Maine are recruiting an exciting new Credit Control opportunity with a UK leading company based in North Hampshire. This is a permanent position which offers a flexible working style.
 
The main duties of this Credit Controller role will involve:

• Proactively chasing customers to recover debt.
• Investigating and resolving issues relating to default payments.
• Assisting customers with payment and debt queries.
• Exploring any contentions that arise from collecting debts.
• Escalating debts for legal action when necessary.
• Updating account information and producing debt reports.
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements.

 
Required skills and experience to be considered for this role, include:

• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong Excel abilities (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)..
• Management of a busy workload.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Preferably B2C collections (B2B may also be considered).
• The ability to build customer relationships.

 
This position offers hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, and excellent onsite facilities.
