Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities: 

• Accurately post cash and allocate payment receipts.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide copy invoices and raise credits when needed.
• Investigate aged transactions and support the team with financial analysis.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and contribute to the smooth running of the finance department. 

 
What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: A flexible and collaborative attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Communicator: Strong communication skills
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
