LONG DISTANCE VAN DRIVER

 
We are currently recruiting a 3.5 Tonne Driver to work for Royal Mail in Milton Keynes as part of their priority relay driver team delivering confidential mail over long distances.

 

Shifts:                  Monday - Friday

Shift Times:           0400 - 1400

Pay:                      £12.54

 

Your role will include:

• To collect priority services sacks from two locations to be delivered to a Distribution hub.  Plan your delivery route and perform safety checks on your vehicle.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 30kg (equivalent to 32 bags of sugar).
• It’s not just about what we do, but how we do it. 
• Our client is looking for drivers who can support their growing business and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• A UK Driving Licence with 3.5 Tonne cateogory.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 30kg.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Resilience and flexibility for early starts.
