Customer Service Advisor

What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via email, offering friendly, helpful support and handling a variety of routine and specialist enquiries with confidence.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve customer issues swiftly and smoothly.
- Represent the company positively by creating great experiences for customers, colleagues, and suppliers alike.
- Know when to escalate issues to the Team Manager or Senior Advisor, ensuring customers always get the best service.
- Stay on top of your workload by working within service level agreements (SLAs) and following all processes accurately.
- Keep detailed, accurate notes and manage follow-ups with customers using the company database.
- Balance multiple tasks with great organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Work closely with your team to share ideas, knowledge, and support each other.
- Keep growing your skills through ongoing training and development.
- Occasionally jump in to assist other teams with interesting tasks beyond your day-to-day work, keeping things fresh and varied.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration-based role.
- Excellent written communication skills — confident handling emails and written enquiries.
- Strong IT skills and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
- A calm, professional, and empathetic approach to dealing with customers.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
