WELDERS REQUIRED - PERMANENT
Location: Ivybridge
Salary: £33,000 DOE 
Hours: Full-time | Alternating weeks:
Week 1 - Mon-thurs 7:00am - 4:00pm
week 2 - Mon - Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm, 3:30pm finish on a Friday

Due to ongoing expansion and growing customer base, our client is recruiting for experienced welders to join their team.

We are looking for skilled welders, with a proven track record in MIG Welding and stainless steel fabrication.

Your Role will involve:
Performing precision MIG welding on stainless steel components
Interpreting technical drawings accurately
Collaborating with your team to meet production goals
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Conducting quality checks on finished products

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven MIG welding experience, ideally with stainless steel
• TIG welding skills – a bonus, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
