Are you organised, proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves in a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting a thriving head office operation in Plymouth.
This is your chance to be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes – a key player who’s confident juggling tasks, solving problems, and keeping things in check across multiple sites.
What you'll be doing:
- Logging maintenance jobs and keeping everything tracked and up to date
- Liaising with stores and contractors to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Reconciling job lists, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Keeping accurate records, managing compliance certificates, quotes & invoice
- Assisting with monthly reporting and ad hoc admin
- Jumping in with solutions when issues arise – you're the fixer!
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – you’ll be talking to lots of people!
- Solid Excel skills and confidence working with systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude – you're calm under pressure and quick to adapt
- Some facilities or maintenance knowledge? Even better (but not essential!)
