Job Description
Pertemps are recruiting for an Administration to join a manufacturing company based in Old Sarum, this is an immediate requirement and will be an ongoing temporary contract for around 2 months to start with.
Duties as an Administrator:
- Manning the purchasing inbox
- Forwarding emails to the relevant department - engineering, accounts etc
- Responding to queries
- Amending PO prices on our system.
- Answering the telephone and redirecting calls to the relevant person
- Potentially assisting with ordering the stationary, tea, coffee, toilet roll etc - ensuring sufficient stock is kept
- Checking order acknowledgements
- Chasing overdue orders
Requirements:
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent written & Verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Available immediately
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to start immediately, working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday. Paying £13 per hour
