Pertemps Burton are currently recruiting for a Welder/Fabricator to join an exciting company based in Swadlincote. 

Welder/Fabricator Duties:
Perform MIG welding on mild steel up to 10mm thick.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and written instructions.
Ensure all welding work meets quality standards and specifications.
Preparing welded products for dispatch.
Working as a team to maintain deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and tidy work space through good housekeeping.

Welder/Fabricator Candidate: 
Has proven experience as a Production Welder.
Is proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
Can read and interpret technical drawings.
Has a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Is good with communication and teamwork skills.
Has basic Math and English skills
No formal qualifications are required; however applicants must have minimum 1 year experience in MIG welding.

Welder/Fabricator Role: 
Monday to Thursday (Fri, Sat and Sun OFF)
7am-5:30pm (Paid 40hrs per week)
Overtime on Fridays (when available) 7.00am to 12:00pm, paid at 1.33x
Pension scheme
Pay Rate - £14.50 - £19.50ph (Salary negotiable)
Based in Swadlincote
