Job Description

Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for a Trainee Customer Service Support to join one of our established Production Clients.
 
Hours - 39 per week Monday to Thursday -8:30am to 17:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 16:00pm (Half an hour Lunch Break)
 
Salary £20,500 - £21,500 pa
 
Our client is looking for a school or a colleague leaver that is looking to get into a Customer Service role, this is to provide customer service and administrative support for all products and services.
 
You will learn all about the engineering and pneumatic tool world.
 
Duties:
 
  • Become responsible for filing of all  MTS Sales Paperwork  in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Training for Sales Support for all Customer service enquiries, orders, and quotes, Raising sales orders, dispatch notes and invoices on Datafile system.
  • MTS Training for 3rd Party Warranty and Demo Tool processes.
  • Provide Sales /  Administrative support for field sales force.
  • Training on how to raise and review stock demand reports and  monitor stock levels for specific products.
  • Become adept at progressing products from suppliers and updated on the system.
  • Provide updates on supplier performance  and promptly advise of any issues arising.
  • Become fully conversant with the operating systems.
  • Become fully conversant with office/ orders procedures.
  • Become fully conversant with the pricing structure for all products.
  • Provide assistance in organising power tool service scheduling and publishing details.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Management.
  • Support the Marketing team with social media updates when required, Training will be provided.
  • Become fully conversant with the company's internal CRM System.

 
Candidate Requirements:
 
  • School or Colleague leaver with a Educated to GCSE Standard or equivalent.
  • Numerate
  • Mature Outlook with a enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Methodical
  • Flexible
  • Practical
  • Computer Literate
  • Some Customer service experience is desirable in any capacity.
