Job Description

A privately-owned, design-led property development business specialising in high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes across London and the South-East is recruiting an EA to cover maternity leave.

They are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level support to the COO and Managing Director. This is a pivotal role at the heart of their business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

    • Act as the first point of contact for the COO & MD, managing communications and priorities.
    • Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations to Board-level standards.
    • Organise high-profile meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential correspondence and maintain meticulous filing systems.
    • Support with budget management and supplier negotiations.
    • Collaborate with the EA to the CEO and wider team on key projects and events.
 
What They are Looking For

      • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA supporting Director/Board-level.
      • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
      • Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
      • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
      • Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure.
      • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
