Finance Manager
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 plus benefits
Location: Central London, hybrid after training


A fast-growing professional services group based in Central London is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager to support its next phase of growth. The business works with a diverse UK and international client base and has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and commercial excellence. This role offers real ownership of the finance function and close exposure to senior leadership.

The role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations while strengthening controls, reporting and decision-making. This is a hands-on role suited to someone ready to progress toward Financial Controller level.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and reporting
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll and expenses
• Maintain and improve financial controls
• Support statutory accounts and audits under FRS102
• Manage cash flow forecasting and group reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting and senior stakeholders
• Ensure VAT, corporation tax and payroll compliance
• Drive process improvements and automation

About you

• ACCA qualified or equivalent with 2 to 3 years PQE
• Experience in a Finance Manager or similar SME role
• Strong UK GAAP knowledge and audit experience
• Confident with Xero and Excel
• Commercial, proactive and detail focused
