Job Description

Senior CRM Manager
£60,000 – £70,000
London (Hybrid) Once every 2 weeks

Are you ready to step into a senior role where you’ll act as the number two to the Head of Marketing? We’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own CRM strategy, lead projects end-to-end, and gain significant exposure across the business. This is a high-profile role offering more responsibility, visibility, and the chance to deputise for the Head of Marketing.

You’ll not only oversee multi-channel CRM campaigns but also represent the marketing team at senior level, working closely with Product, Tech, BI, and Commercial functions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders daily.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the development and execution of CRM strategy to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Manage and mentor a CRM Executive, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Act as deputy to the Head of Marketing — their number two — representing the team in senior meetings and cross-functional projects.
  • Drive personalisation, automation, and data-led improvements across CRM activity.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM challenges quickly and effectively.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven CRM expertise with experience running multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end.
  • Exposure to broader marketing disciplines (SEO, content, paid, social, product marketing).
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Braze, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Why join? This is your chance to act as the number two to the Head of Marketing, taking real ownership in a growing business while gaining exposure at senior level. You’ll enjoy a flexible working model (just one office day every two weeks), plus benefits including private healthcare, discounted gym membership, longevity bonus, and cycle-to-work scheme.
