Day Security Officer
Location: East ham 
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary: £27,000 per annum 
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
SIA license required

We are recruiting for an well-established housing association looking for a responsible and proactive Day Concierge to join their team in Plaistow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong security skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular hourly patrols to ensure site security
• Manage and control access by moving unauthorized individuals off-site
• Welcome residents and visitors, ensuring a safe and friendly environment
• Manage and distribute keys
• Maintain cleanliness of the premises during your shift
• Conduct property viewings over weekends as needed
