Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a Administrator to join our public sector client in the Niddrie area of Edinburgh on a temporary basis.

Role - Administrator
Location - Niddrie area of Edinburgh
Hours - Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1700 (36 hours per week)
Duration - 3 months with possible extension
Rate of Pay - £13.48 per hour
Start date - ASAP


The successful candidate will be joining an established team and will be carrying out, but not be limited to:
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Responding to queries by email and phone
  • Raising invoices
  • Processing payments
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Updating spreadsheets / systems
  • Any other tasks as required


You should have a proven track record in a similar role and have excellent attention to detail.
