Job Description

Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit for a Licensing Administration Assistant on a temporary basis.

Role - Licensing Assistant
Location - Edinburgh City Centre (office based)
Hours - 36 hours, Monday - Friday between 0800 - 1700
Duration - Ongoing
Start date - Immediate
Pay rate - £12.81 per hour

Successful applicants will be working within a busy licensing department, providing a high quality, customer focused service. You must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be a self-starter and have experience of working in a busy office environment.

Successful applicants will be carrying out, but not limited to:
  • Assist in the processing of license applications
  • Liaise with applicants by phone and email
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Licensing Service
  • Manage a significant caseload with precision and efficiency
  • Contribute to a customer-focused and collaborative team environment
