Pertemps Crewe are excited to present an opportunity to work for our well-established client who has been a market leader for over 60 years!
Due-to continued success, my client is looking for a Sales Processor to join their team. Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 30% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to £26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexibility to do contracted hours over 4 days)
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time

Sales Processor Duties include:

• Sales order processing and processing Goods returns requests
• Liaising with customers and colleagues
• Responding to non-technical customer enquiries
• Building rapport with new and existing customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Supporting with administrative duties, including order placing and progress chasing with suppliers

Requirements for the right Sales Processor:

• Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships
• Strong prioritisation, organisation and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
• Be flexible and reactive when urgent issues arise
• Customer Service skills, including telephone and email
