Opportunity to join a Redditch-based school in a School Caretaker / General Maintenance capacity. This person must have an enhanced DBS check.

To be successful in this School Caretaker position, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate
• Experience in building maintenance/handy work
• Comfortable in carrying out 'fire regulation checks'
• Able to communicate with on-site contractors
• Supervise & delegate cleaning duties
