Key Responsibilities:

• Dextrous assembly work, handling small components with precision
• Operating machinery and tools to manufacture high-quality springs
• Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not essential
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
