Reporting to: Senior National Account Manager

This role is based in South Lanarkshire, offers hybrid working, excellent scope for career development and a salary circa £28k+ depending on experience.
As a National Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth of key accounts. Working closely with our Senior National Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive revenue, improve customer relationships, and support operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting National Account Managers in managing and growing customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with customer contacts and showcasing the value of our offering
• Providing essential administrative and project support, including for new product development
• Analysing sales and margin data to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights
• Ensuring data accuracy across customer records and online portals
• Handling customer service queries and liaising with both head office contacts and local units
• Collaborating across teams including Supply Chain, Finance, and Sourcing
What We're Looking For:
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive mindset – you take ownership, seek solutions, and are always eager to learn
• Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated by working in a dynamic team environment
