Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Provide expert HR advice and support on a range of people-related topics, including discipline, grievance, performance management, and absence.
- Coach managers and employees on Workday, HR policies, and best practices.
- Own and manage HR administration and transactional processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local HR legislation, keeping employment contracts and processes up to date.
- Produce reports and analyse people data to support HR processes and decision-making.
- Support and contribute to People Services projects, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
What skills will I need?
- Experience in HR – You have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Great communicator – You’re able to build strong relationships and provide clear, practical guidance to managers and colleagues.
- Organised & efficient – You manage workloads effectively, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
- Business-minded – You understand the impact of HR decisions on business performance.
