Loft Installer (2025)

Salary: £12.21 per hour during 6-week training, then £35,000
Job Type: Temp to Perm | Monday – Friday
Location: Swindon
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced installer or someone looking to start a hands-on career, with full training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Installing loft insulation to industry and company standards
• Communicating clearly with customers and explaining the installation process
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Following all Health & Safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Must hold a valid CSCS card
• Must be physically fit (role involves manual handling and working in confined loft spaces)
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
