Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!


📍 Location: Falmouth/Truro/Penryn (Field-based, car user essential)
⏳ Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term (6 months)
💰 Pay: £14.46 per hour
🕒 Hours: 37 per week, 5-week rolling rota (Mon-Sun, 8am-9pm)


Are you passionate about supporting people with complex needs? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same?


We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our clients Complex Needs Team, helping those facing homelessness, substance misuse, and mental ill-health. You’ll work with a small caseload (5-6 individuals), providing tailored, high-quality support to help them rebuild their lives.


✨ What You’ll Do:
✔ Support individuals to maintain their tenancy and avoid homelessness
✔ Work closely with partner agencies to address mental health, substance misuse, and employment needs
✔ Create and manage support plans and risk assessments
✔ Be part of a passionate, dedicated team making a real impact


🔎 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Understanding of support needs, risk assessment, and safeguarding
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Resilience, adaptability, and a “can-do” attitude
✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Interviews to be held on the 5th March.


This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (Adult/Child).
