OVERVIEW:
• The firm are accepting applications from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, and strong technical experience in private client matters.

• You will manage a varied and interesting private client caseload, including the administration of wills, trusts, and estates, as well as lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.

• You will have experience in preparing and submitting applications for grants of probate and letters of administration, as well as completing and advising on all relevant tax returns, including inheritance, income, and capital gains tax. The role will also involve arranging property clearances where required, settling liabilities, distributing estates, and preparing income and distribution accounts.

• You will play an active role in the development of the practice by building and nurturing client relationships and local contacts, cross-referring work to other departments.
