Job Description

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 2+ PQE, DEVON, UP TO 55,000 (DOE). A fantastic opportunity to build a long-term legal career with a respected regional firm based in Devon, within their friendly and established residential property department. JOB REF: 2611

• The successful solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven ability to manage caseloads of varying complexity efficiently and accurately.
• Responsible for handling a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear, practical and expert legal advice, delivering a consistently high standard of client care while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, whilst also contributing positively to a collaborative, supportive team environment and assisting colleagues when required.
• Confident in using the firm’s case management systems effectively, ensuring all files are well maintained, compliant, and supported by accurate and up-to-date records.
