JOB TITLE: Plot Sales Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ years’ experience
LOCATION: Lincolnshire
SALARY: Excellent

THE ROLE:
The appointed Plot Sales Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to a senior conveyancer in residential conveyancing matters. The successful paralegal will be exposed to complex aspects of residential conveyancing with a particular focus on plot sales. Applicants must be confident in their ability to assist and deal with leasehold matters and deal with referral arrangements whilst having a strong awareness of compliance issues. The successful Plot Sales Paralegal will be expected to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals whilst seeking out and converting new business opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally, applicants will be working towards their CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer qualification. Applications are sought from experienced paralegals who possess strong conveyancing experience and are interested in gaining exposure to plot sales. In order to be successful in this role, applicants must possess good communication skills, be IT literate and have solid organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
