Corporate Tax Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Bristol, £80,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with transactional or advisory tax experience to work on high-quality, technically challenging work, with excellent career development prospects. JOB REF:2510.

THE ROLE:
• You will provide expert advice to clients on a range of corporate tax matters, including both UK and international tax issues.
• You will apply your technical knowledge to deliver practical solutions that align with client objectives.
• Advising on corporate tax matters within transactional and/or advisory contexts
• Applying strong technical knowledge of UK and international tax rules and structures
• Working on a mix of advisory and transactional work, depending on your experience and specialism
• Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate tax, ideally within a transactional or advisory tax practice
• Strong technical abilities and a clear understanding of UK and international tax rules
• Either broad corporate tax expertise or a specialist focus, particularly in real estate or funds
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own caseload
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
