OVERVIEW:
• As Head of Private Client, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing the department’s services, which include wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection matters, deputyship management, inheritance tax planning, asset protection, lasting powers of attorney and compensation trusts.
• You will be responsible for overseeing client service, leading team operations, driving business development and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in private client law, strong leadership and team management skills and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management. STEP Diploma completed or currently in progress
