THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to step into a well-established practice with a strong pipeline of work and genuine prospects for growth and development.

THE ROLE
In this role you will manage a varied and high-quality caseload covering all aspects of commercial property law. This includes acquisitions and disposals, leases, development matters, landlord and tenant work and a range of other commercial transactions. You will work closely with a highly skilled team of specialists, providing strategic and proactive advice to a loyal and long-standing client base. The successful candidate will be expected to manage deadlines effectively, handle sensitive information with discretion and contribute to the ongoing success of a thriving department.

THE CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a driven and capable Lawyer with strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters. You will be confident in managing your own files, building strong client relationships and maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will be organised, professional and able to work collaboratively across a broad workload.
