THE ROLE:
• Manage your own caseload covering the full range of residential property transactions.
• Handle a small element of commercial property work as part of your caseload.
• Take full ownership of files and manage matters confidently from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property work.
• Proficient in handling all types of residential property matters.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
