THE ROLE:
Lead and motivate the Personal Injury and Motor Litigation team to deliver outstanding client outcomes through strong leadership, performance management, and strategic direction. Ensure compliance, optimise processes, and maintain a client focused approach that supports fair, and effective case handling.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified solicitors with experience handling personal injury claims. The firm are looking for a leader with a strong background in managing technical legal teams. You will be skilled in communication, organisation, and deliver exceptional client service.
