The role will involve:
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Creation and administration of Trusts
• Probate and estate administration
• Advising on Court of Protection and mental capacity issues
• Preparing and registering Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney

Candidate requirements:
• Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of private client work
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• STEP qualification (advantageous but not essential)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role with real prospects for career progression. The firm offers a competitive salary, a supportive team environment, and flexible working arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and hybrid options.
