The Role
Due to continued growth, this thriving practice is seeking to appoint a Corporate M&A Solicitor. Acting for a diverse and ambitious client base, the team delivers exceptional advice on fast-moving and complex projects, with transactions ranging from £1m to £1bn.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience, responsibility, and exposure to first-class work, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
 
About You
You will have:

• 0–3 years’ PQE with strong academics and training from a leading City, West End, or national firm.
• Experience assisting on corporate transactions, ideally with exposure to M&A, private equity, or venture capital work.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills, with the confidence to contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.
• An interest in the technology, IP, or IT sectors (beneficial but not essential).
• A team-oriented, hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• Drive, ambition, and a collaborative mindset to progress quickly within a high-performing practice.
