RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2+ PQE, SURREY, SALARY UP TO £40-50,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join a well-established high street firm and develop your career. JOB REF: 215301245

The appointed candidate will be joining a highly regarded high street legal practice, dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• The firm are seeking qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.

• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload while building strong relationships with clients and key contacts, providing clear and reliable legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.

• Your work will include handling transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, and some new build matters.

• The firm is seeking candidates with proven experience and a strong technical understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, ideally gained within a busy high street practice.

• You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional and diligent approach to delivering outstanding client service while achieving fee and monthly billing targets.
