Residential Property Lawyer, 2–5 Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, £Competitive – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join a thriving team in Hampshire. JOB REF: 1155

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 2–5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of transactions to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
