Business Crime & Regulatory Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) - This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a national firm recognised for its market-leading expertise and outstanding client service. JOB REF: 1048.

THE ROLE:
• We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Crime & Regulatory Solicitor to join a highly regarded and established team.
• In this varied and challenging position, you will handle a broad range of contentious regulatory work, including: Health & Safety, Environmental matters, Food Safety & Inquests
• You will play a key role in advising and representing clients across complex, high-profile matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applicants are sought from solicitors with a minimum 5 years’ PQE in relevant regulatory areas
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to convey this effectively to clients and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• A proactive, client-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering first-class legal services
