Job Description

Location: Bristol
Working Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
Working Model: Hybrid (some remote working possible, not fully remote)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Qualified as: Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer

The Role:
• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Handle a range of transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Opportunity to get involved in commercial property matters, subject to experience
• Work within a supportive, collaborative team environment

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Qualified as a Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and client care skills
