OVERVIEW:
• This ambitious law firm is seeking a talented Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join its team.
• You will be involved with a wide variety of matters, including dealing with all aspects of insolvent and distressed businesses.
• You will be responsible for advising a wide range of clients including insolvency practitioners, directors and senior management, creditors and investors.
• The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE with experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency
• It is essential that you are an effective communicator, taking a commercial and practical approach to your work, and a proactive business developer.
• You will be joining a friendly and inclusive team of lawyers that focus on the welfare of its employees alongside providing high quality advice to its clients, based both in the North East and across the UK.
