Commercial Property Locum – Bristol, Ongoing Contract, £Competitive (DOE), Hybrid Working!

We are currently working with a high street firm in Bristol who are looking for a Commercial Property Locum to help assist the department whilst they recruit permanently.

The successful candidate will come into an existing caseload working alongside a specialist commercial team. This role will involve advising clients on commercial property matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings, Landlord and Tenant lease transactions and providing commercial property support to corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Advising on the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property;
  • Acting for Landlord or Tenant on the grant of a new lease;
  • Acting for Landlord or Tenant on an assignment of lease;
  • Acting for Landlord or Tenant on lease renewals;
  • Assisting with setting up lease schemes on development projects;
  • Assisting with overage and land options agreements;
  • Providing commercial property support to the corporate team on business and share sales and purchases; and
  • Providing commercial property support to the litigation team on property litigation matters.
