Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 5+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, WEST YORKSIRE, UP TO £35,000 DOE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing conveyancing team, where you will play a key role in building strong local relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers. JOB REF: 0407

•Exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and well regarded conveyancing team where you will be instrumental in helping grow local relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers.

• This is a full time, permanent position where you will manage a caseload of 60–100 residential files, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, staircasing, and shared equity matters.

• The successful candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing transactions and be confident managing a busy and varied caseload independently.

•Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

•Candidates should have solid IT skills and a sound understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

•You will also be expected to support and help train junior members of staff.
