PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (5+ PQE), BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £55-70,000 (DOE). The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a range of non-contentious matters relating to private client law, offering guidance to a variety of clients navigating challenging circumstances.

• The firm is seeking an experienced lawyer with strong technical expertise in Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax

• You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage with clients in a sensitive and practical manner, providing tailored legal advice that alleviates stress and fosters trusted, long-term client relationships.

• You will be responsible for your own clients and caseload, joining a busy team with good quality work and opportunities for business development.
