•The legal professional will have experience managing a range of employment claims. You will be handling complex claims and oversee each case from initial instruction through to final hearing and any post-hearing requirements.

•The firm offers this role on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work remotely for some days of the week.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling a caseload of employment claims.

•Extensive knowledge of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential to being successful in this role.
