PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
Due to an increase in workload a Legal 500 Law firm are seeking an experienced private client lawyer to join their team. Providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients in various aspects of private client law, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. Managing a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to facilitate smooth and timely transactions. Drafting legal documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently. Conducting legal research and staying up to date with relevant legislation and case law. Collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting other team members when necessary.
