PROPERTY SOLICITOR COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL:
The appointed Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, residential developments, acquisitions, licenses to assign, leases, and remortgages. You will deliver expert legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the process. The firm’s current client base includes a diverse mix of clients including companies and individuals, along with several well-regarded local builders among them. The ideal solicitor will have experience working within a reputable law firm and demonstrate proven abilities in fee generation and client relationship development.
