As a key member of the department, you will:

• Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, technology agreements, and joint ventures.
• Support businesses across diverse industries, offering innovative and commercially focused solutions.
• Lead and develop client relationships, driving business growth.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering team development.
• Play an integral role in business development and the expansion of the commercial offering.

 
About You

• 10+ years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial contracts.

• A proven track record of advising high-profile clients and delivering commercial solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development and networking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• An aptitude in developing and generating new business would be highly advantageous.
