OVERVIEW:
•In this role, you will manage a range of employment claims, handling cases from initial instruction to final hearing
•The appointed lawyer will supervise junior employment lawyers within the team
•You will provide expert guidance and support throughout the litigation process
•This is a full-time hybrid role, with three days of remote work per week
•Applications are open to solicitors or legal executives with experience handling a varied caseload of employment disputes and claims
•A thorough understanding and extensive knowledge of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures is crucial.
•Lawyers with experience handling claims funded by Legal Expenses Insurance are highly encouraged to apply
