Court of Protection Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, £50,000+ (DOE), West Midlands – A new role for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a successful team, handling a diverse caseload of matters. JOB REF:9022.

• Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE looking to secure a new opportunity with a friendly and supportive team.
• You will be responsible for a varied Court of Protection caseload such as Deputies for Property & Financial Affairs, Health & Welfare Deputies, for replacement Trustees, for Deputies and Attorneys for Gifting and for Statutory Wills.
• Displaying technical strength, tenacity and a keenness to progress your career to the next level, you will ultimately be passionate about this area of law.
• You will have a demonstrated flair for the handling of sensitive matters, gained through experience with another reputable practice.
