Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £45,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF: 9020

• This is an excellent opportunity for an experience residential Conveyancer looking for that next step in their career.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of matters on behalf of diverse client base.
• You will be confident and capable of covering the whole conveyancing process from start to finish
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments and sales and purchases.
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will possess excellent drafting and technical skills and have an enthusiasm for taking part in business development and networking activities.
