COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 5 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, CHESHIRE/ HYBRID, UP TO £45,000 DOE. The firm provides a competitive salary, 25 days of annual leave, a health care plan, flexible working options after probation, and the bonus of an early Friday finish. JOB REF: 8995

•You will be responsible for handling a varied and complex caseload, encompassing easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases, and land sales with development potential.

•The appointed lawyer will work with a range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders

•The firm is seeking qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

•In-depth knowledge of commercial property work is essential, while experience in agricultural or property development law is beneficial but not required.
