• You will confident and capable or managing a commercial property caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Your caseload will include acting for landlord and tenant, buyer and seller, commercial leases, sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, development, investment work, licences for alterations, wayleaves
• You will have outstanding communications skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
